Pinhook's third release limited-edition Collaboration Series joins forces with acclaimed sommelier Jordan Salcito. They selected 28 barrels of single malt from Australia’s Starward Whisky, known for aging its spirit in red wine barrels. The result is a 114.8 proof (57.4% ABV) Australian Single Malt Whisky with a nose of poached pear, vanilla curd, cardamom, and cedar, followed by a palate of raspberries, wild honey, clove, and graham cracker.
