The 2022 Petit Chablis from Christophe is a perfect entry to this soon-to-be historic Domaine. The vines to make this laser-focused wine are 15 years old, and the work here is meticulous. The wine is
hand-harvested, fermented with wild yeast, and aged entirely in stainless tanks to keep its pureness. This Petit Chablis is ripe yet lithe, mineral, and stony with hints of citrus skin, white peach, yuzu, and lemon verbena. It is long and detailed. Enjoy it now thru 2029.
