The 2016 Los Carneros of Napa Valley Pinot Noir is no exception and his minimalist techniques are apparent in the distinct cherry and earthy characteristics on display. Perfect with roasted chicken, turkey, or with a meaty fish like grilled tuna or salmon. This wine ages tremendously well.
