Pied a Terre Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
The dynamic duo - Richard Luftig and Clay Mauritson - are the
masterminds behind Pied à Terre, which is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a
number of different vineyards and regions in Sonoma County. It is a
lovely deep, dark concentrated but balanced Cabernet. The wine is
incredibly aromatic with vibrant red fruits and a touch of smoke and
rocks. There is great intensity and freshness to the wine, with subtle
tannins and refreshing acidity. Drink now or stow away for 5-10 years
and be amazed at the mature elegance of the wine.
