Certified biodynamic farmed vines are treated in the most conscientious
of ways...minimal sulfur at bottling, natural yeast fermentation, aging
in 90 hectoliter tronconic oak casks. That's all well and good but how
does it taste?? In a word...phenomenal! The 2022 vintage gave ample
sun and Gilbert made all the right moves to capture the essence of
Menetou's Pinot Noir power and finesse. Black cherry infused with hints
of crunchy wild berry fruit, incense and violet, this is long finishing
and super versatile red to enjoy now through 2030.
