Nizza is a brand new DOCG in Piedmont and the Oddero family has had vines within its borders for eons. The 30-60 year old vines give the power and finesse to this 100% Barbera that is fermented in stainless steel but aged in large botti for 16 months. The result is pure sexy raspberry fruit with hints of blackberry, jam, brown spices and sage. Layered and lovely, enjoy this now through 2030.
