Ecueil is serious Pinot Noir terroir and this newcomer from
Lacourte-Godbillon is Pinot brilliance in bubbly form. 85% Pinot Noir
and 15% Chardonnay, this is hand-harvested, artisanally crafted bubbly
from 30+ year old vines. Hints of light cherry, peach, creme and
vanilla bean have a fine mousse and serious length. This is gorgeous,
food-friendly Champagne to enjoy now with just about anything you care
to drink it with...it's flat out lovely stuff!
