Jean Perrier Et Fils Vin de Savoie Pinot Noir "Gastronomie" 2023
Established in 1853, Gilbert Perrier and his son, Gilles, represent the
fifth and sixth generations of winemakers in this picturesque Alpine
region. Grapes are meticulously hand-harvested and gently vinified in
stainless steel tanks. The resulting wines are timeless, crisp, and a
true reflection of Savoie's terroir. This estate's Pinot Noir undergoes
fermentation solely in stainless steel. With its crunchy, bright
profile, it's bursting with flavors of fresh cherry, raspberry, earth,
and the distinctive minerality of the Alpine region. Low in tannins and
alcohol yet boasting high acidity and freshness, it presents an
