Inaki Garrido cares for the 150-200 year old vines of Listan Blanco
with the most tender of touches. This industrial designer turned
sommelier turned winemaker has just blew our minds with this gorgeous
white from a tiny 1/2 hectare plot of vines coming from volcanic soils
over sand and clay. This is a focused, dry and mineral expression of the
grape showing cool flavors of crunchy white fruits, citrus skin, ginger,
sea salt. It is a wine that expands with air but never picks up the heaviness that some wines from this grape can show as it maintains a
lithe framework. Enjoy this outstanding and very unique wine now
