Great Heart Red Blend Swartland 2020
This stunning blend of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Shiraz is sourced
from 4 parcels of 15 to 40 years of age. The wine is crushed and
fermented in stainless steel where it then spends 18 months in large
French oak that is 3rd and 4th pass. This gives that beautiful texture
without all the overwhelming oak notes. Blackberry, violets, cherry
coulis, black pepper notes abound, enjoy this tasty treat now through
2028.
