This “speziale” wine is culled from 100% Pelaverga Piccolo vines and a meager 2.5-hectare plot. Aged and fermented in stainless steel, this is super vibrant light red best served with a slight chill. The 2023 is a knockout — bright cherry, cola, and raspberry jam notes with a hint of white pepper. This wine is weather-perfect for this time of year and best enjoyed over the next 2 years.
