Leave it to the good folks at Domaine de la Petit Roche to make a wine so slippery, silky and salty that one immediately thinks of very fine Champagne. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months on the lees. The result is superb! Fresh and tangy citrus notes with hints of apricot and brioche and a fine mousse that is persistent. A perfect aperitif but also a true wine of gastronomy...enjoy young and fresh!
