Now functioning as a fully organic winery, Christophe Thibert has come full circle. Twenty years ago, he took control of the mere 2 hectares of vines owned by the family. Slowly, he has grown the estate to 22 hectares and now bottles all of the parcels on his own. And we've been adoring it every vintage since... In one of the best White Burgundy values of the year, this succulent white shows notes of pear and apple with citrus zest and stony resolve. Flat out delicious and ready to drink now or over the next 4 years.
