Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand Arbois Pupillin Trousseau 2020
Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand sits in the heart of Pupillin, located within the Arbois appellation in Jura, France. Now operated by third-generation Mikael Crinquand, all of the family’s 5.5 hectares of vines, most of which are located on steep slopes, are farmed organically. The 2020 ‘Trousseau’ comes from clay-limestone soils, vinified in barrel; punchy and fruit-forward, with notes of red fruit and earth. Light and lifted with crunchy red fruit and plenty of earthy minerality, this is classic and clean Jura Trousseau. Pair with tacos or pizza!
