This is one of the higher sites in Saint Aubin, a steep section that resides above the 1er cru, Derriere la Tour. This wine in 2022 is pure and focused with lovely hints of peach, citrus, and yellow fruits while showing great minerality, texture, and plentiful acidity. Mix in a hint of ginger and pear, and you have a superb wine to drink now through 2029. One of the best values in White Burgundy for sure, and a great way to introduce oneself to the magic of winemaker,Sebastien Caillat.
