Sylvain Bzikot not only makes outstanding lacy white wines but also crafts beautiful Pinot Noir, clearly evident with this offering from the superb 2022 vintage. Culled from a number of parcels in and around Puligny, this bold Pinot shows notes of black cherry and plums, along with a hint of fresh pine. This also has some sneaky structure beneath the surface. Best not through 2029.
