Chateau de Cary Potet Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022
Arnaud Desfontaines and his brother, Xavier, are the latest to control
this estate that is one of the oldest in the Cote Chalonnaise dating
back to the 1500's. With great vision, exuberance and organic farming
in place, the wines are now truly exceptional. This Pinot Noir spends
12 months in barrel with only 5 % of them new. A dizzying array of
black cherry, spice and plum notes have a bit more heft than you would
think. It's absolutely lovely...
