They describe this vineyard as "an oasis of biodiversity," and we couldn't agree more. The respect for the vineyard and the meticulous organic practices reveal themselves in this beautiful blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. The wine is just dripping with blackberry coulis, tobacco, cherry licorice, herbs de Provence, and a touch of pepper. Long and bold with fine powdery tannins, this has everything in the right place for drinking now or cellaring through 2032.
