Predominantly Negro Amaro with a small percentage of Malvasia Nera, this Riserva wine is made only in the best vintages and released at the winemaker's discretion after several years of bottle aging. Perfectly aged, and ready to go! Ruby red with hints of garnet, the wine is rich with aromas of blackberry, plum, herbs, and leather. Generous red and black currant on the palate with a mineral and complex core. Perfect for pizza, burgers, red sauce, and Bolognese.
