Cognac Bourgoin is crafted from 100% Ugni Blanc, matured in Cognac
barrels for 12 months, then another 4 years in inert tanks. It has
remarkable acidity, freshness, and elegance with notes of apricot,
orange blossom, crisp apple, and a vibrant wash of salinity. Serve
chilled or with a chunk of ice.
