Deep in the Uco Valley at an elevation of 4800 ft above sea level,
Herve Fabre sustainably farms his wines and uses a measure approach to
his pure fruit. Rasing the wine in 50% French oak and 50% stainless
steel keeps the fruit at the fore and uses the barrel for mere rounding.
This blackberry-infused red shows hints of dark chocolte, roses, violets
and jam. Easy-breezy tannins frame the wine and this is one to enjoy
now through 2027.
