FAIR Elderflower Liqueur
The fresh petals from the French countryside are infused for 8 days in neutral alcohol. They then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance. On the nose, floral, with hints of sweet blossom, apple and lychee. The palate is balanced, with delicate and subtle notes of elderflower, citrus and hints of sweetness. It finishes long, fresh and refined.
