West Cork is back just in time for the snow days and cool temps. The new arrival spent an extra year in double char barrels adding more texture to this already stunning whiskey. This is once a year seasonal release and there will be no más after our shipment. 

West Cork Char #5 Black Cask Irish Whiskey

Black Cask is a fine blend of grain (66%) and malt (34%) whiskey aged in first-fill Kentucky bourbon casks for three years and polish-matured for an extra year in double charred barrels. 

Sweet vanilla, spice, and malt aromas practically jump from the glass in this highly praised and perfectly aged spirit.

Once in your mouth, the lingering sweetness, spice, slight smokiness, and caramel continue with a soft velvety texture that coats your mouth in a very soothing way. 

West Cork ‘Black Cask’ is beautifully balanced and delivers a unique sweeter smoothness than any other traditional Irish whiskey. Enjoy it on the rocks.
