Domaine Thibert Pouilly-Fuisse "Heritage" 2019
This is dynamic and delicious white from a marksman locked on his
target. Christophe Thibert blends various plots from vines that average
over 75 years of age. Raised in both stainless steel and barrel (mainly
older) and aged for a period of 10 months, this is dripping with beauty.
A concerto of flavors and scents...pear, nectarine, stones, flint, sea
spray and lemon curd. Long and detailed, Christophe recommends drinking
after 7 to 8 years. It will be great by then but how can one resist
today?
