1st course - Carciofi- Battered dipped artichokes, anchovy bagna caoda, parmigiano reggiano, fresh parsley, toasted bread crumbs w/ Elio Grasso Dolcetto d'Alba 2020

2nd Course - Tortellini- Semolina tortellini, four cheese filling, fresh sage, butter sauce, black truffle carpaccio w/ Paolo Scavino Barbera d'Alba Affinato in Carati 2020

3rd Course - Costata- Angus short rib, organic vegetable soffritto, reduced red wine, braised savoy cabbage, fresh nutmeg w/ Luigi Giordano Barbaresco Montestefano 2017

Millefoglie- Warm pastry, lemon pasticcera, wildflower honey, almond gratinato

*Price consists of $125 per person plus NJ Sales tax and 18% gratuity paid to Sette Cucina for food and $35 plus NJ Sales tax paid to 56 Degree Wine for wine. All reservations require a credit card. No menu substitutions. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the event.
