Domaine La Taste IGP Cotes de Gascogne Blanc 2020

Impossible to not fall for the zesty, zippy white from the south of France as it not only is a Super Cellar Defender, but it is also as food friendly as they come.  A juicy blend of Colombard, Gros Mensang, Sauvignon Blanc and Ugni Blanc, this stainless steel fermented beauty clocks in at a 11.5% alcohol and is what the French would term a "Glugg, Glugg" wine.  The sort you drink and drink and drink again.  Melon tones with a hint of ginger and minerals, enjoy this with light appetizers, fresh fish, roasted chicken with herbs or even a pork chop with a fruit
component.  It's delicious and easy on the wallet!
