Taconic Double-Barrel Maple-Finish Bourbon 

Taconic Distillery ages their Private Reserve bourbon in used maple syrup barrels from Catskill Mountain Sugar House - a process which takes an additional 6 months of aging. The result is a textured and smooth bourbon with aromas of toasted wood and nutmeg. On the palate lie flavors of vanilla, caramel, and baking spices, with a touch more texture than any other bourbon out there. 

$55 net per bottle.
